Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed. If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble. A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken.

–Ecclesiastes 4:9, 12

Why We Connect on Facebook

Studies show us that most people (no matter the age) use Facebook on a regular basis–from a couple of times a week, to countless time a day, Facebook is how we have learned to stay connected with one another.

So why not use it to stay connected as a church family?

Facebook Live vs. Livestream

  • A Facebook Live is a live video stream where the person talking is responding to the comments happening in a live feed. There is a delay for 15-25 seconds.
  • Livestream is something we're streaming either from the church to Facebook, or it's something we've reproduced and are sending out from our streaming system.

Closed Group

This closed group has guidelines to create an open space for people to share questions and thoughts. There's a whole Unit in the group about how we make a safe space for spiritual development. Nothing that is shared in the group, leaves the group. Sharing information outside the group can result in being removed.

Livestream

Livestream within our Facebook community helps you feel like you're not going at it alone. You can chat with others as you watch, ask questions, and hear what others learn. Don't forget, if you have a question be sure to leave a comment and tag @Faith Elizabeth Parry so it can be answered for you.

Facebook Rooms

A Facebook Room is like a Zoom, but through Facebook Messenger. Join from your phone or computer to be a part of times of prayer and other conversations.

Invite a Friend

If you find the content in the group helpful, then we encourage you to invite a friend to join. This group isn't for just our church members. It's for anyone who'd like to grow spiritually or learn more about who God is.
